General Mills boosts sales outlook on pet food, cooking-from-home trends

General Mills Inc. on Tuesday lifted its fiscal 2022 sales projections, signaling that food trends that began during the Covid-19 pandemic are expected to linger into the new year. But the company missed earnings estimates for its just-completed quarter.
