Delta Sigma Theta Sorority conference bringing 2,000 women to downtown Minneapolis

More than 2,000 Black women from around the Midwest will keep downtown Minneapolis restaurants and hotels busy during Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.'s Midwest Regional Conference.
