Ukraine top diplomat in India to bolster bilateral ties

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kuleba is scheduled to meet his Indian counterpart as well as the deputy national security adviser. Kyiv aims to strengthen its ties with India, despite Delhi's dealings with Russia.
