Two officers injured after vehicle rams barricade near U.S. Capitol, police say

Capitol Police said one person is in custody after reports that a vehicle struck two officers at a barricade along Constitution Avenue. The officers and the other person were taken to a hospital for treatment. Buildings on the U.S. Capitol complex were put on lockdown.
