3 months after Fiona laid waste to their homes, these families say they're still stuck in limbo

More than 100 homes have been condemned in Port aux Basques and surrounding areas in southwestern Newfoundland after Fiona tore through the region. Three months on, some families say they are still not sure if they will be able to rebuild.
