Mumbai: Orphan moves SC after losing IIT-B seat

Siddhanth Batra, an 18-year-old orphan from Agra, lost his IIT Bombay electrical engineering seat because of what he said was an error on his part last month. He said he clicked the wrong link, one which was meant to withdraw his seat. The IIT said nothing could be done now as rules were rules. After unsuccessfully moving the high court , Batra has now moved the Supreme Court.
