Kerala church to give welfare aid to large families; free education from 4th child onwards

The diocese of Pala which falls under the Syro-Malabar Catholic church has come up with welfare projects for the families under the diocese with four children or more. In a circular issued by Pala Bishop Mar Joseph Kallarangatt on Tuesday, it is said that the ‘offers’ are being done as part of the “year of the family” declaration by Pope Francis.
