Punjab tops crime rate in NDPS Act cases, Himachal Pradesh takes second spot

Punjab continued to top the country in 2020 with a 22.9% crime rate (per lakh population) in cases registered under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, 1985.
