Punjab: Sacrilege made the difference in 2017, now at forefront again

The scars of 2015 sacrilege incidents and killing of two persons during a protest against one such incident are still unhealed in Faridkot district, even after over six years. Sacrilege incidents played a major role in the outcome of 2017 assembly elections to the three constituencies in the district.
