Three weeks since first infection, no Omicron cluster in Karnataka

It was on November 22 that a doctor tested positive for Covid-19 and was later found to be infected with the Omicron variant. That was the first local case without travel history. The Omicron variant in the doctor’s swab sample was confirmed on December 2 through genomic sequencing.
