Bulli Bai probe led Delhi cops to original hate app

For the past six months, the Sulli Deals app case had become a challenge for Delhi Police. With such a controversial app splashed all over social media and the host platform GitHub, a San Francisco-based firm, refusing to share details, the probe seemed to have met a dead end. To add to it, a similar app, Bulli Bai, popped up on the same platform.
