1997-batch officer Hargobinder Singh Dhaliwal named new chief of Delhi’s anti-terror unit

Delhi Police commissioner Rakesh Asthana on Monday posted 1997-batch IPS officer Hargobinder Singh Dhaliwal as chief of Delhi’s anti terror unit, Special Cell. Dhaliwal will head multiple sub-units handling anti terror cases, the cyber cell and the organised crime crackdown units.
