2002 riots: Sanjiv Bhatt sent to police remand

Additional chief metropolitan magistrate, M V Chauhan, on Wednesday remanded former IPS officer Sanjiv Bhatt to custodial interrogation till July 20 in connection with the FIR lodged by the city crime branch on charges of fabricating evidence of conspiracy behind the 2002 riots.
