Littering near Atal Tunnel alarms HC

In the matter of littering near the Atal Tunnel, built under the Rohtang Pass on the Leh-Manali Highway, the high court of Himachal Pradesh has directed the respondents to respond to the suggestions of the amicus curiae within a period of two weeks.
