Panel formed to stop littering near Atal tunnel, HP tells HC

The Himachal government has informed the high court that it has constituted a committee to stop littering near Atal tunnel, Rohtang. During the previous hearing, the high court was informed by the amicus curiae that people litter "because of laziness, carelessness and irresponsible behaviour," along with the belief that there are no consequences of littering and nobody is going to ask for littering.
