UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurates projects worth Rs 212 crore in Ayodhya

Stepping up efforts to develop Ayodhya as a model town ahead of the opening of the Ram Temple for devotees in 2024, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday inaugurated 44 projects worth Rs 212.5 crore and laid the foundation stone for 38 projects worth Rs 1,763.2 crore. The CM was on a two-day visit to Ayodhya. Currently, projects worth Rs 32,000 crore related to sewerage, water supply, roads, parking, beautification, development of ghats, road infrastructure and new airport are underway in the temple town. Yogi laid the foundation stone for 38 projects of which 32 are under PWD and four under the department of technical education.
