No booze party after son's birth, Dalit man killed

Four brothers, all in their 20s, allegedly tied a 25-year-old Dalit man to a tree and thrashed him to death for refusing to throw a liquor party after his wife gave birth to a boy in Uttar Pradesh's Bareilly district.
