Lok Sabha can initiate Rahul Gandhi’s reinstatement after getting Supreme Court order

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi himself or his representative will have to submit a copy of the Supreme Court order staying his conviction in the Modi surname remark case to the Lok Sabha before a process to revoke his disqualification and reinstate him in the Lower House starts.
