Kerala blasts: Union MoS Chandrasekhar booked for alleged controversial remarks; BJP slams move

Union Minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar has been charged with promoting enmity between different groups. He alleges that the case was filed against him for exposing the appeasement of Hamas by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. The FIR was registered by the Kerala police in connection with the minister's recent statements on social media regarding the Kochi blasts and a Hamas leader's virtual address at an Islamist group's event in Malappuram.
