Key northeast Delhi flyover by July, traffic mess to haunt till then

The Public Works Department has completed over 50% of the new flyover on Mangal Pandey Marg between Nand Nagri and Harsh Vihar in northeast Delhi. The 1.5km flyover, costing Rs 241 crore, aims to provide a signal-free route for people heading to Ghaziabad and Seemapuri. However, the construction has caused chaos and heavy traffic in the area. The officials mentioned that utility lines, such as power cables, still need to be shifted. Once completed, the flyover is expected to alleviate the traffic woes on Mangal Pandey Marg.
