Land-for-jobs scam: ED files chargesheet against Rabri Devi, daughter Misa Bharti

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) filed its inaugural chargesheet on Tuesday in a money laundering case linked to the land-for-jobs scam. Former Bihar CM Rabri Devi and her daughter Misa Bharti are among the five individuals named in the extensive 4,751-page chargesheet. Two companies, AB Export and AK Infosystems, are also implicated. AK Infosystems' promoter, Amit Katyal, a close associate of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad's family, was arrested last year. The case is set for consideration on January 16.
