Chandigarh mayor polls to be LS polls curtain-raiser: Raghav Chadha

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) announces an alliance with Congress for the Chandigarh mayoral polls, setting the tone for the Lok Sabha polls. AAP will contest for mayor, while Congress will take the posts of senior deputy mayor and deputy mayor. The alliance aims to win not only in Chandigarh, but also across India. Raghav Chadha said, "INDIA Alliance's first encounter with BJP on January 18 for the Chandigarh mayoral election will be the curtain raiser of 2024 and it will set the tone for all future INDIA vs BJP electoral contests."
