Former Haryana BJP MLA, 11 others booked in INLD chief Rathee murder case

Former BJP MLA Naresh Kaushik and 11 others have been booked for the murder of Haryana INLD president Nafe Singh Rathee. The Haryana government is ready to hand over the case to the CBI. The murder was a contract killing. Sanjay Singh, the nephew of the victim, was spared by the killers.
