No maintenance from in-laws under CrPC Sec 125: HC

The Dharwad bench of the Karnataka high court ruled that a daughter-in-law cannot seek maintenance from parents-in-law under Section 125 of Criminal Procedure Code. Justice V Srishananda allowed the revision petition filed by an aged couple from Hubballi, quashing the Ballari magistrate court order.
