Cholamandalam buys 4.7 acres in Chennai for Rs 735 crore

Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited (Chola) purchased 4.7 acres of land on Velachery Main Road in Guindy for ₹735 crore from DLF IT Offices Chennai Private Limited, previously owned by Madras Race Club. DLF Limited confirmed the strategic sale. The land will be used to build a corporate office for Chola Finance.
