Former security guard Deepak Raj Sharma in Dehradun ran a fraudulent call centre nationwide under PM Mudra Loan scheme. Nabbed in Vrindavan temple. Started in small jobs, offered mobile tower installation, and recruited Telugu speakers for fraud.
