Bihar labourer killed by militants in J&K, 3rd strike on non-locals this year

Raja Shah, a vendor from Bihar, was shot dead in Anantnag by terrorists amid a series of attacks on non-Kashmiri workers. The incidents coincide with increased security measures for the upcoming polls on May 7.
