GitHub shutters site ‘auctioning’ Muslim women for online abuse

Earlier this week, GitHub took down a hateful site that targeted Muslim women and put them on sale. The website, named Sulli Deals, is a derogatory term used for Muslim women. The site first came to notice on Sunday, but there’s no information yet on who made it. The website was active for at least 20 days before it was taken down on Monday, and had photos of more than 90 women on it.
