China's Low-Cost Nuclear Offer Faces Scrutiny in Kazakhstan

A Kazakh media outlet, citing a watchdog group representative, is reporting that the Kazakh government is balking at a Chinese proposal to build the Central Asian nation’s first nuclear power plant.
