(MENAFN) On Friday, Mar. 26 Yemen's Houthi militants fired eight ballistic missiles and 12 explosive-laden drones in the direction of Aramco oil facilities in five areas in Saudi Arabia, stated the Houthi rebels group. Yehya Sarea, the Houthi military spokesperson, stated in a declaration aired by the group's al-Masirah TV: "the ballistic missiles and drones targeted Aramco oil facilities in the kingdom's western and northeastern areas of Ras Tanura, Rabigh, Yanbu, Jazan and Dammam." He further said: "the military operation achieved its goals successfully. We warn Saudi Arabia against its continuing aggression and blockade on Yemen and we affirm our readiness to carry out more powerful military operations in the coming days." The Saudi Defense Ministry noted that a projectile fired by the Houthi militants struck an oil facility in Jazan, said a report quoted by Saudi Arabia's Alhadtah TV.
