Sudanese gov't expresses solidarity with Jordan to maintain stability

(MENAFN) On Sunday, Apr. 4 Sudanese government expressed solidarity with Jordan and the procedures embraced by Jordan's king to maintain security and stability in the country. The Sudanese foreign ministry stated in a report: "Sudan reiterates its full support to the King of Jordan Abdullah II and the brotherly people of Jordan." It further said: "Sudan also stresses its full support for all measures taken by the government to preserve Jordan's security and stability as they constitute an integral part of Arab national security." Prince Hamza, ex-minister and royal court chief Bassem Awadallah, and royal family member Sharif Hassan Ben Zeid were making contact with external powers to make moves against the kingdom, stated Jordan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi on Sunday.
