NDS detains key 'Daeshi Taliban' leader in Kabul: First VP's Office

(MENAFN - Khaama Press) First Vice President's office on Saturday reported, that Ghulam Naser, known as Al-Khorasani one of the key 'Daeshi Taliban' leaders was captured in Kabul city. Al-Khorasani played a key role in dozens of 'terrorist' and sabotage attacks including heinous acts of murder, kidnappings, and rape. First Vice President, Amrullah Saleh's office stated, Al-Khorasani along with his involvement in the other crimes and terrorist activities had abducted a 14-year-old teenage boy from the western parts of Kabul, the teenager was beaten, sexually harassed, molested, and raped before being killed. The statement indicated that the suspect after committing the above crimes hid for a while and was secretly roaming Kabul until he was captured by the National Directorate of Security (NDS) members in PD8 of the capital. On the other hand, Zabihullah Mujahid, Taliban spokesman denied the capture of any Taliban leader in Kabul. He said 'no one from the Islamic Emirates has been arrested in Kabul'. He added that the individual linked to Islamic Emirates does not belong to the group. Mujahid added that the intelligence of Kabul administration has joint aims and operations with Daesh (IS-K). Taliban spokesman claimed that the assassinations of clerics, Shiites, and murder of influential and public figures are joint activities of the government and the IS-K Daesh Khorasan.MENAFN10042021000228011069ID1101894352
