Official says Iranian parliament offered US time to eliminate sanctions

(MENAFN)Reuters quoted a top US general as saying that Iran did not set anything in its nuclear program that was irreparable. According to reporters, Marine General Kenneth McKenzie, head of the U.S. Central Command stated that "They've done nothing that is irreversible." One year following the Trump administration withdraws the 2015 nuclear deal; Iran eliminated bans on its nuclear activities as reaction to the US abrogation of the deal and imposition of primary and secondary sanctions. The Iranian parliament offered the US time to withdraw sanctions, when voting for the legislation. But, it declared if it did not remove them Iran would take some steps.
