Appeal: Fatal Road Traffic Collision, A65 Menston

Police investigating a fatal road traffic collision are appealing for witnesses and any footage that will assist.

It happened at about 9.45am today (Friday) on the A65 Bradford Road in Menston, close to the junction with Cow Hill, when a silver Audi A3 mounted the pavement and collided with two parked vehicles.

The Audi driver, an 87-year-old man from Leeds, was given medical assistance at the scene but was pronounced deceased a short time later.
