Texas Gov. Abbott vows to 'defund cities' that defund their police: 'We believe in law enforcement'

Texas Republican Gov. Greg Abbott told "Hannity" Wednesday that he will not tolerate municipalities in the Lone Star State defunding their law enforcement apparatus.
