Pence gets COVID-19 vaccine to show it's 'safe and effective'

Calling it a “medical miracle,” Vice President Mike Pence on Friday morning publicly took the new coronavirus vaccine. Pence, second lady Karen Pence and Surgeon General Jerome Adams, were all administered the vaccine in front of cameras at the vice president’s office in an event that was broadcast live on national television.
