The location in the center of a buzzing fashion community, the extravagant art installation commissioned for the event and executed incredibly by local artist Jared Andrew Hughes, the open bar, and the flashing of the red carpet drew more influencers and creatives over the course of the evening as people posted on social media. Produced by Elizabeth Vivo, an LA marketing consultant passionate about the brand, and with a red carpet by Heart of Hollywood magazine, and an open bar by Tequila Cabal, the night was consistently energetic and festive.

The quietly established shoe brand, Impo, has been gracing the wardrobes of pop stars, politicians, and working women all over North America for 54 years.

Although they are easily found in major department stores, malls, and online, there are almost no advertisements to be found in their history.

Having sold approximately 500 million pairs of sustainably made shoes without ads, they can be considered the shoe industry's best kept secret. Not only is Impo the "secret," they also, for the first time, revealed to VIPs the shoes that have not yet been released to the mainstream department stores.

As the shoe-buying experience shifted from walking through a department store to scrolling online, Impo adapted by providing more options online and utilizing the power of social media.

The Secret's Out Soirée was intended to be an opportunity to meet with creatives like the evening's host, Amber Mezner (@amberr), and build Impo's social media presence in the heart of West Coast fashion by celebrating Los Angeles Fashion Week.

True to the brand, the priority of the evening was to give people an opportunity to learn about the sustainability and comfort of the shoes and try on a product they will trust for decades to come.
