*NEW YORK, NY / ACCESSWIRE / November 8, 2023 / *Sheree Wright, who went from Jamaica to a peaceful town in Illinois, possesses a commanding voice that captures attention, not through loudness, but with unwavering determination.

Sheree's life took a significant turn when she confronted the chilling face of racism - the public execution of a classmate's father by a white nationalist. This traumatic incident did more than leave a mark on her; it ignited a remarkable journey of empowerment and advocacy.

Sheree's path toward empowerment began to take shape as she pursued her bachelor's degree at DePaul University in Chicago, where she joined the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) as an investigator.

"*My main focus there was to investigate cases that involved employment discrimination based on age, race, sex, gender, or disabilities in Fortune 500 companies*," Sheree recounts.

These encounters unveiled to her the widespread injustices affecting marginalized communities and strengthened her resolve to make a positive difference. Even with the geographical transition that led her to Arizona for her legal education, Sheree's steadfast dedication to promoting equality never wavered. While in law school, she took the remarkable initiative of co-establishing The Wright Way Foundation.

"*The foundation seeks to reduce poverty and homelessness while generating and providing educational resources necessary to support youths, families, groups, and educators in Jamaica*," She adds.

However, her commitment to advocacy goes beyond that. Sheree is also the esteemed founder of IBF Law Group, a respected legal practice located in Phoenix, Arizona, which serves communities in both Arizona and New Mexico. IBF Law Group is well-known for its enduring dedication to helping marginalized communities navigate the intricacies of the legal system. Fueled by an unwavering passion for social justice, the firm ardently champions the rights of minorities, providing comprehensive legal assistance and expert guidance to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes in their legal struggles.

In her role as the founder, Sheree remains resolute in her mission to address the pressing issue of inadequate representation and limited diversity within Arizona's judicial system. She understands that this crucial concern hampers the system's ability to deliver justice that is truly equitable and impartial.

*"Arizona's judges are disproportionately white and male, which undoubtedly threatens the court's ability to deliver fair and impartial justice,"* Sheree comments.

In addition to all this, Sheree continues to give back to the community she now calls home. She plays an integral role in Mi Familia Vota, a prominent national organization dedicated to fostering a more inclusive and participatory society. As a volunteer, she goes above and beyond to advocate for social and economic justice. Find out more about Sheree Wright here!
