Spencer Rattler finds Jeremiah Hall from 21 yards out for fourth passing touchdown

Oklahoma Sooners quarterback Spencer Rattler found running back Jeremiah Hall from 21 yards out to put Oklahoma up 28-7 on the Kansas State Wildcats. It was Rattler's fourth passing touchdown of the game.
