Lions place QB Stafford on reserve/COVID-19 list

Matthew Stafford is considered a "high-risk, close contact" of a non-team member who tested positive for COVID-19, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter. He would be eligible to play Sunday against Minnesota pending five straight days of negative tests.
