GM: Bucks plan to waive Cousins before deadline

The NBA-champion Bucks, who lost Wednesday to Toronto in Milwaukee, will waive veteran DeMarcus Cousins before the Friday deadline, general manager Jon Horst told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
