Ring of steel thrown up around COP26 dinner leaves dozens of Scots 'locked out their own homes'

A number of roads around Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum in Glasgow were closed off by police while several world leaders gathered at a special dinner hosted by Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
