Missouri's last abortion clinic defies state's pelvic exam requirement

The only remaining abortion clinic in Missouri says it won't comply with a re-interpreted state regulation to give women a pelvic exam 72 hours before an abortion. Doctors call the exams medically unnecessary. Critics say it's an attempt to discourage women from going through with abortions. Meg Oliver reports.
