White woman's 911 call highlights New York lawmakers' proposed hate crime legislation

The white dog-walker in Central Park who called the police on a black man has highlighted a proposal for new hate crime legislation. A local lawmaker said, "I worry that if she had not been filmed, this woman may have been given the benefit of the doubt." Mola Lenghi reports.
