Historic Senate vote backs Brown to head Air Force

The U.S. Senate unanimously confirms General Charles Q. Brown to be the first black chief of a military service branch. Vice President Mike Pence presided over the Senate vote that confirmed Brown to be the next Air Force chief of staff. (June 9)
