Utah governor calls maskless protesters 'foolish'

Utah Gov. Gary Herbert says it was foolish for people to crowd into a county meeting to push for an exception to mask requirements. Utah County officials abruptly canceled the meeting because the crowd didn't follow social-distancing guidelines. (July 16)
