Hagel says Afghan security deal in President Karzai's hands

U.S. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel said there is a "very real possibility" that a total troop pullout will happen in 2014 if Afghan President Hamid Karzai does not sign a security pact. Hagel says, "It is now up to President Karzai to make a decision." Margaret Brennan reports.
