Former CIA officer arrested, charged with espionage, accused of sending top-secret info to China

Former CIA officer Alexander Yuk Ching Ma was arrested Friday, on charges that he conspired with a relative who also served in the CIA to send Top Secret classified information to the People’s Republic of China (PRC).
