Astronaut to vote from space in November election

CBS News Monday, 28 September 2020
One American plans to vote in the upcoming election, even though she'll be more than 200 miles above earth on November 3. Astronaut Kate Rubins is training for a mid-October launch to the International Space Station. Most U.S. astronauts live in Houston, and Texas law allows them to vote from space using a secure electronic ballot.
