SEATTLE — Eight people were arrested during protests in Seattle Tuesday night while the nation waited for the results of the presidential election to roll in. The Seattle Police Department said in a tweet the two marches were moving through South Lake Union and Capitol Hill. One of the marches started at Cascade Park, while the other is leaving Cal Anderson Park, heading west on Denny and Summit.
